I found it by experimentation:

The first post there later got edited by the author as an apology. Before it was an ad for his website.
Others you can tell because they claim to be from a western country but can't spell it correctly, for instance 'Germani' and 'Canadda'.

Well, living in the US teaches you that native people can't spell correct either so it becomes really hard to distinguish native and non-native individuals simply by their writting.
You wouldn't believe all the ways americans misspell "attempted".

Well.. I _never_ can remember how to spell necessary/neccesary/neccessary/nesecary/Nessecary/whatever..

Only one c is necessary but you need two c's to be successful.
