there are no precompiled patches for 2.5.3.
SVN (=subversion) means it is constantly being updated, so 2.5.3 SVN from last week may differ from 2.5.3 SVN today. Actually, there is not even a "2.5.3 SVN", there are only SVN versions identified by build numbers. The SVN version only displays itself as 2.5.3, because this will be the next version number for a release.
