Halogene, it would be useful to set a date when we stop gathering signatures and send the announcement around, otherwise this may go on forever. One week from today sounds like a reasonable deadline. It's time we close this chapter and move on with Xonotic

Oh, I didn't know anyone was waiting to send this out... I think anyone is free to send out the text including the signatures as it is, but if anyone still wants to sign this, then why not? So anyone who likes just go ahead and post this statement to other forums or link to this post or anything. I mean, it IS signed already by a lot of people.

I am not a serious Nexuiz player, but I enjoy the game and appreciate the developer's contributions to open-source gaming. A console Nexuiz does sound fun, but I am disappointed to see the IllFonic won't comply with these very reasonable requests. Using the same name for two games will just cause confusion and hurt both projects.

I play the game for more than four years and the very love her for that time I became a member of the team PK-Player killer http://www.playerkiller.toxicfarm.com and founded by NK-Natural killer http://www.nknexuiz.slovakforum.net minsta clans. Nexuiz is or was one of the best games on the PC platform for Linux that I use. it was not a game that is sold for money and therefore can support a lot of people in the community, but as I see nothing not last forever with a pure heart and therefore i will always be open to the community and open source development, Many people know game is not that game as before, it is sad how wonderful the project becomes commerce regardless of the people and the community. www.linuxgames.com/archives/14960
