3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

which then has THAT stuttery sound bug, the game crashes, you try to relaunch it, Steam is broken again as it is the worst program in the world, so you remove everything produced by Valve from your computer and refuse to buy anything from them again until the put more resources into hunting down and killing the people who made Steam.
