Hey all, lemme just start off by apologizing if I "bump" this thread. I understand different forums have different regulations about posting in inactive threads, and this is my first post here...
I play a ton of CTF, nearly all on Herforst, and I was very happy with the map rotation for a while. I feel 3 is a good number of maps to have in rotation. Facing Worlds is a classic, and egg and bacon has definitely grown on me, but I must say I don't approve of "dismal", for 2 reasons.
1) The map is too small to comfortably support the number of players Herforst often has.
2) There are a lot of places to fall. The grapple would negate this problem, but the bottom of the level is too close. This isn't a problem in other gametypes (e.g. deathmatch), but when the laser can return a flag in 1 hit, there's a problem.
