Whoever submitted it to the board would enter such details such as publisher, creator, etc. So what they wrote would effect you.

Well ignoring the fact that the reponse before your was almost a year old.. i doubt anyone will ask for nexuiz getting rated. And i see no use for this either..

Esp. since that will cost up to 2000-3000 USD (according to wikipedia) and the rating wouldn't be valid outside the US.

You guys are lucky. In my school, we can't even play free unrated games. Here, anything that has blood or someone gets shot is rated M. DAS IST CRAP!!! (I speak fake german).
