[OT]Enemy Territory Question(s)

Hi folks,

I started to play ET lately but ran into several "probs" so I thought the chances are good that some ppl here are playing this game too and can assist a little.

My first "prob" are the favorites, I always have to enter the server that I want to join by hand, if I don't want to wait and search for it on the server browser list. Now I searched how to store favorites and found out that, if I press escape on a server and then choose serverinfo I can select "add to favorites". Funny thing is that when I do that it seems to have no effect e.g. no server is displayed in the server browser-list if I choose favorites there.
Now my question: Is there a specific file or another way to add a favorite manually?

my second question would be where/and how to set voicechat-keybinds.
