Please get the 2.5 into the Ubuntu repository. It's still showing 2.4.2-1. That would help upgrade players that otherwise might not get round to it.

It looks like there's a torrent on the Pirate Bay for server-bandwidth-friendly downloads.

Thanks for that, I just noticed it's 600+MB so SF isn't the best choice for me right now

I think ubuntu just uses the debian packages.. we have a guy on irc packing up nexuiz for debian but it usually takes a few days for the package to be done and integrated into debian/sid.. i'm not sure how long it takes for it to be in ubuntu then..
