I was thinking, it would be kick butt,
to see Zymotic be like Wolfenstine/Quake Wars Enemy Territory style,
you know where you choice a class and boom your are doing missions,
in team play maps.

I can only think of 3 types of game play for a
3d game like that:

1. Deathmatch
2. Team DM
3. Team CTF
:idea:

still, over all, I can't wait to see what Zymotic is going to become!!!

When your team has to capture a CP like pull off enemy's flag and putting on yours (you have to be close enough to the CP for some time with no enemies around). The game could end either by capturing all command posts or outfragging enemy team (like DM) but the team has an overall teamfrag limit so its more fair e.g. team A has 5 members and team B has 4 so if the teams have fraglimits of 50 the team has to be killed "fragged" 50 times altogether no matter how many members in it. But if normally players have their separate fragg limits of 10 Team A would have to be fragged 50 times altogheter but Team B 40 altogether on other hand there is a good side about it because each player has equal amount of lives.

Also i would like to say if we could not have arena based levels or at least a mixture of both.

By the way can we have Zymotic like gears of war where the second player can jump in (splitting the screen) and out into an AI controlled (only when not controlled by the second input device in second players hand) character that helps you kill the enemies and says random stuff.

OR LIKe a team online campaign expansion (little bit of extra work for the level makers) . Basically what i mean is if on one live you can kill 5 easy bots on single player lvls so on that expansion there would be a moment when you pass a one way door and the way on front of you is blocked too and then 20 bots jump out and there is a massacre you have to hide shoot, hide and shoot. the saving system would have to be different. Like you clear one level and you can start the other in a different squad no save games just the thing that if you cleared lvl1 and 2 with 5 of your friends and you have to leave next day you can complete lvl3 with another team even in lower numbers as long as they have cleared the previous level. The number of bots would change depending on the number of players (max 8 because it would be hard to coop in bigger numbers).

What I have noticed on XBox live Gears of War tm was that people can voice chat, THIS FEATURE MUST BE USED IN MULTIPLAYER GAMES. FOR F**K'S SAKE HOW MANY TIMES DID YOU GET FRAGGED WHEN YOU WERE TYPING A MESSAGE!?
THE THING WITH VOICE IS THAT YOU CAN EASLY COMMUNICATE EVEN IN INTENSE ACTION! NO ONE PLEASE TELL ME THAT XFIRE WILL DO BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PRESS SCROLL + X AND THE INTERFACE COMES UP SO YOU CANNOT PLAY! THIS IDEA USES JUST FIVE KEYS F1, F2, F3, F4 AND THREE CHANNELS. F1 FOR CHAT WITH NEAREST PLAYER FROM YOUR TEAM, TO USE THE CHANNEL YOU DON'T HAVE TO HOLD DOWN THE KEY. F2 TEAM MESSAGE AND F3 FOR OVERALL MESSAGE. F4 TO SWITCH OFF VOICE SO PEOPLE DONT HEAR WHAT YOU SAY TO YOUR GIRLFRIEND OVER THE PHONE.

The thing could be done using VoIP if possible if not, DirectInput (in programs like videoLAN) in MPEG-4 at 1 or 2 KiloByte/s (bytes not bites), it will work cause I was listening to the radio 56k/s and playing a game in multiplayer. To minimise host's bandwitch usage the audio would be sent directly to other peoples Zymotics on a different port to the game. At this point I thought of the problem of using the team and all player message because if there are 13 players overall the message would have to be sent 12 times!!!! So i think of a "pass it on" method e.g. when player a sends a message to all players his computer sends it only to player no. 2's PC but before the actual sound there would be command to send it to player 3 and player 3 plays the sound and at the same moment starts to execute the command to send it to player 4 and so on. Single messages on F1 are just simply sent with no passiong on.
