coop or not?

humm...
i getting confused. is it going to be CoOp or SP?

just so we know what to expect. i personaly wood prefer a SP game. but with some coop maps for 4 players....

Zymotic is a single player first person action game being developed by Alientrap software. Using the same engine as Nexuiz, it will take further advantage of the advanced features, such as complete shadows and realtime lighting, bumpmapping, and advanced netcode. Focusing on single player and coop (with some MP gamemodes and maps)

"we will focus on coop" and "its SP" and "its coop" :ishy posts....
its maby was the wine that made me a little "lulig" as its cald in sweden......

Sometimes i don't undestand why 99% of the games DON'T have coop ... i mean ... what hard about it ? The fact that you have to look out that there are 2 players on the map ? (for the triggers)....

I think most 'modern' games are scripted way to heavily to nicely support coop..

heavy scripting indactes poor AI programming, or an inferior system :)

thats why gamedevs need good AI programers...

thar study/have stubied AI programing/ robotics.

In that case i guess almost no game has good enough AI programmers. Just look at all the recent shooters. Scripting everywere. From HL2 to farcry over prey and quake4..
