OK. Here's the deal.
I've just been playing and 'ai', (or whatever his new name is), and I were having a discussions... well, a disagreement really I suppose.... about whether servers should have the balance option on or not. He was saying it's worthless and I said most people, (including me), thought it good to have the option on at the beginning and then change if things get too one-sided.
SO! What do we all think?
My preferred option is to START with auto-balance and then allow people to change if they think it necessary. Like 'ai', I also don't like the idea of forced balance... it just doesn't work because it's not as simple as numbers of players.
Tick an option and say why.

Well, that's exactly how I configured my server: g_balance_teams is on (new people automatically join the smaller team), but nothing is enforced (so one can still change teams as one wishes).1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.-
