The Dave Clan is wonderful.

If the player's name lacks colour, excluding the clan tag, then it is a bot.

I had one person ask what the commands were to make the bot talk; they thought I was a bot.

That is not limited to in the Dave clan though. They just remade the names of the bots.

How do you print out the console? Or was that a manual transcription?

The linux and mac ports do this when started from the console, the windows wgl port (nexuiz.exe) too. Or you can set the variable log_file to some name and everything will be logged to that filename inside the data directory too.
On linux/mac this will be in ~/.nexuiz/data on windows it will be the Nexuiz/data installation directory..

There is a famous example of a bot on a chatroom that fooled a guy into thinking 'she' was human and he was after her for months and never guessed it.
