Hi just wanted to say that im back, alot of u remember me but lately i havent been active in nexuiz at all. Back to my real problem.

So i downloaded nexuiz 2.2.2 and fired it up, im running at 1024x768 with everything on best or on and i get alot of lag. I dont like playing games with cartoon graphics so setting it lower will piss me off.

I used to play nexuiz ( think it was version 1.9? ) with everything on high, and i could easily get 110+ fps but in 2.2.2 i get < 50 fps. I got the same rig as i had on that time.

3700+ @ 2.81Ghz
2048MB pc4200 kingston RAM
2 * 7800GT SLI driver version 91.47
650W coolermaster PSU.
Win XP SP2

Is the anything i can do?

1.5 didn't have deluxemapping and offsetmapping, so try disabling these.

gave me 2 fps more in tdem demo1

if i disable my SLI and just run with 1 gpu i get 58.1 average with SLI on i get 61.1 FPS average.

Well if my nvida 6600gt performs as good as his two 7800gt there is something fishy, i just do not have an idea what.. I doubt the windows version of those nvidia drivers started to suck that hard

I fixed it by making a seperate SLI rule for nexuiz.exe ( do'h )

Hey at that time it was laggy as #!$#@ and so unbalanced, lets see if its better now. Now i just gotta see if i can get luna ( now ingenalls ) to play it again

Hmm... that's strange. Starting with the 9xxx release Nvidia drivers come with a Nexuiz SLI profile.

the 91.47 apparently do not and they are the best ones for SLI, so far.

Actually I doubt if you could have missed downloading some current mainboard drivers?

If people use the newest drivers there should be a nexuiz.exe rule, but since i use 91.47 i had to add it myself

I would recommend any running a SLI rig to use the 91.47 drivers since they got the best performance.
