While vacuum cleaning the house (yeah, sometimes I do stuff liek that) I just had an idea about adding some more competitive point into the game: trick points.
Maybe this requires CSQC, but I just tell my idea:

Trick points are special revard points, and are given out each time you make a fany move in nexuiz, like a laserjump, a rocketjump, ramp-jump, blowing the enemy's rocket in his face, doing the electro combo and achieve a multiple kil, maiknd a quad run with at least 10 frags etc. This won't be counted as frag points, but would be listed anyway on the scoreboard, just to show, how tricky the player was on that map

What do you think abuot it?

I like the idea, the real question is how tricky it is to implement.

I like that idea. There should be a gamemode called 'trick', and you can see who's the fanciest killer alive!

Its a funny idea, kinda like hongkong-Nexuiz jet li style
But i think it would be hard to give points for certain things without turning it too much into 'jump around and do not care about your opponent'..

welll.. lets just say I know I would just stand in a corner and trick jump the whole time.

Maybe you've missed a half sentence: trick points are just displayed, but actually they are only info, they won't effect who's the winner on the map. Just to hows some m4d trickjumping sk1llz
