l follow the discussion who is the best nexuiz player ?

And think it´s an idea to make a Tournament in kind of a world champion ship because i see there are player from all over the world (New Zealand, Peru, USA, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Russia.... and so on). So this a way to get many players to it because everyone wants to be the best and there was no international Tournament i think.
Anyway i mean it should be played :
- 1on1
- a kind of TDM
- CTF ( maybe 3on3 like the ladder)
- and maybe Minsta

good idea. We should raise money for a nexuiz-con. You know how they have quakecon, where they have lan parties and stuff? This would be nexuizcon. That would be pretty sick.

Well such a tournament would have to be limited to like North American and European leagues. It's not possible to play competitively across oceans, I know this from a lot of experience.

I wanted to start a tournament just a few days ago. I wanted the PHP tourney script to be hosted on planetnexuiz.de but Green didn't have time to set it up. Maybe he have time sometime
Or maybe someone else can host it?

planetnexuiz.com would probably be a better place to host it (since there's the ladder, too, the server is administrated by Willis). and I am really lacking time atm

Since i finish uni pretty much in 2 weeks time, i'm pretty sure i can smack him down

Right, since we can't play across oceans, the solution is simple. Everyone on these forums flies over to New Zealand, and we have a huge lan party. Come on people, let's get cracking. Winter is almost upon us down here!
