Commands:

vhelp shows a liist of votes
vcall calls a vote needs more info
vmaster calls vote to become master
vdo if master does command
vyes vote yes
vno vote no
vstatus shows status (players)
alias list of some aliases

There are many more these are some basic console commands

It would be more helpful if you would explain what these commands are doing, and in which cases you can use them (especially all the voting commands).

Then why don't you add them with an explanation to the Nexuiz-wiki where most of the console commands are already listed ?
