The map is already quite cool... but it needs more crates, barrels, and dark bulbs (ever played with negative light values?).

Oh, and the SRF file is already there... can you add the PRT and BAK files too, as well as the XMLDump.xml, and lots of Thumbs.db?

Oh... and it needs more copies of the GPL! Two per directory aren't enough yet. Append some as comments in the .map file and add them to the .cfgs too.

BAK file is just a copy of the map. PRT gets deleted in the compile stage.
SOME of the files are under the ARTISTIC license. THAT IS WHY THE GPL IS IN EACH DIR THAT HAS GPL DATA AND ARTISTIC IS IN DIRS THAT HAVE ARTISTIC LICENSED DATA.

I playtested this on a public server. The players liked it. Maybe you're sad that players don't like your "advanced" maps but like this "non advanced" map. They also thought it looked great.

BTW: your space floaters SUCK. Like that? Because they do.
Make some real space maps, yea I know it takes more effort.
Also how bout some outdoor maps, or is that beyond you.

You pretty much nailed it with the first question.. But you finally got that, cool so that through then.

You say that about all your maps.. however i heared never anyone say they really like some of your maps. That map here might have some potencial and it must have been terrible lots of work but it also has lots of annoying stuff in it. The gravitiy it way too low, hook and normal gravity would work better. Then there are quite a few spots that just have some health, WHY THE FSCK should someone go there? Laserjump and risk getting shot for 50 health? Also you would need at least 15 players to have fun on such a huge map..

DivVerent never tried to make 'real' maps.. You act jealous because players like his maps but not yours.. or is it just that server admin USE his maps and not yours? I guess server admins use maps that PLAYERS like and that were made by map authors they like.

Well that's nice, but just last night players were coming on and saying this new map was great. One also said that DasTower was his favorite map. Explore the map more, there is a hospital area.

And if you think this map is huge... you're insane. It's medium/small map. Check out castlebunker if you want to see a huge map. I had to edit the compiler 3 times to get it to compile (removing limits).

People say they hate your maps: too cramped, too small, looks nice but is uninteresting.

-file size: wtf makes your bsp so huge???
-"ohh, wow, look what I can do in radiant!"
-ugly texture usage
-the map is empty. Yeah, there are weapons and items, but the map is very empty, no armor, no health, no nothing
-you're sure the shield should be in a space, where it's so realy hard to get in and out?
-The hospital room idea is ok, just serves no sane purpose, I'd never go in for the mh for there oO
-too dark
-it's you who made it
-comments in map txt and all: wtf, I can't even read that ingame!

You don't have to place the GPL in all folders you create. Why don't you just make a /doc folder, make a proper map-readme file, and state all the legal isues there?

- For crying out loud, man, just stay down. You're not wanted in this community.

What make it so big? I removed the vis limitations in my compiler. It doesn't crash when it hits the 2mb vis limit.
