Hello there helpful people,

A couple of us play this game over a LAN and I was wondering how I can change some simple host settings.
-Is there a way I can randomise the list of maps each time I run the game. I want to put into the maplist our favourites but have the order shuffled every time I start or if this is not possible is there some other way to do this apart from moving them up/down in the list.
-How can I set up say four bots and have them drop out as people join so that there is always a minimum of four people in the game.

Great game otherwise, pity there isnt much player following here in Australia.

iirc there is a shuffle_playlist option
minplayers 4 would do what with bots, as soon as someone joins, 3 bots will spawn, and the server will make sure there is enough bots for a total of 4 players at any time players are connected to the server.

g_maplist_shuffle 1
minplayers 4

add these lines to your server cfg.

Well the only austrailen server i find right now does ping 350 Thats something not even 2.3 can help with, but i think it will help so that other servers are more playable and maybe this will attract more players and more server admins in your region too.
