morning, but yeah. fine

I got no sleep last night! now I'm coding absolute garbage at work, I just barely wrote a python script that reads all the files in a dir and tells you if a string is in them. I stayed up till like 4 in the morning, and I wake up at 8. I then realized I had no more shirts or boxers, so I had to do laundry. I was then a half an hour late for work. Now I'm p/o'd for absolutely no reason! life is awesome!

Hey there. I'm new to the forums as well, although I've been playing the game for a while now. What FPS game(s) have you played other than Nexuiz? I used to play Unreal Tournament and still play Q3 Urban Terror. There are a few others as well, but they're not really worth mentioning.

Nexuiz ois the first FPS ive played since Quake (1)

I did play Wolf3D (the original) Doom, Doom2 and Duke3D quite a lot.

I also briefly played the original Wolf3D, Doom, and Quake, but they just didn't grab my attention. I was mostly playing text-only MUDs and MOOs back then, along with the likes of Commander Keen (Id/Apogee) and Jill of the Jungle (Epic). I might've enjoyed Quake+mods more if I had upgraded sooner, but unfortunately I was stuck with a 486 until 1998.

Ive played Quake1, a long time ago

most of my FPS history is with Halflife deathmatch, counterstrike, and UT.

I played HLDM from birth, till death in 2001.

I used to really be into the CS1.6 scene a few years ago, but the server I liked went to pot and all the others I've played on have been excessively lame.

I've played stuff like WolfET, UT99, Urt, Q3A and probably others I'm forgetting online here and there, but never in a major sense (mostly those are my LAN party games). The only other online FPS I've played a lot of has been UT2k4.

This is excluding single-player FPS games, which I've also played a lot of!

I'm feeling fine, this evening. I don't remember that one about month ago =).

I don't have much background playing FPS games, but I'm very happy with Nexuiz.
