Is there anyway to do a 'tell' to the server admin or console?

I had suspected that 'tell admin xxx' or 'tell console xxx' or 'tell # 0 xxx' would do it, but no such luck.

Oftentimes I admin from the screen session I started the server from and I'd like to ask something private to a user. Is there a way for them to reply privately?

I use "tell # 3 whatever..." to tell a player privately, but how do they reply?

There is a way... div0 told me how I could reply to him on the rbi servers at some point but I forgot how and he forgot about even telling me in the first place.

I used a console command, something like "admin say", that I shouldn't be able to use, and div0 got the error message which included my message (probably "... tried to do ... +<message>").
