But if XQF does come with your distribution and if it has a software installation tool it should also install qstat. apt-get install xqf on debian should work.. no idea what to do on other distris as i only use debian

Recent versions of qstat (it's in CVS, i don't know if it's already in the last release) support Nexuiz "natively".
Just try "-nexuizs" (for servers) or "-nexuizm" (for masters). If it doesn't work, just get the lastest qstat.cfg from cvs.

I just stumbled upon a script addon written i perl for xqf/xchat. it sets away and enables people to get your server info directly from irc. Warning you should configure the script before using it.

i think at least change these values IMHO

should be 0

@active_channels= qw();
i.e. @active_channels= qw(#nexuiz.ladder #nexuiz);
here you should put the channels you want to annouce on. there is no reason to clutter other channels then the once related to nexuiz.
