I'm not sure of the command, I want to call votes on servers to enable TDM mode? or would that have to be in the server config?

If not can anyone hand over a TDM Minsta config for a server?

iirc we had such a server once ago (or was it minsta CTF?) by my clann brother tChr. It was hardly used and atm it's off...

if the map supports it you only need to replace the "dm_" prefix with the mode you want. it's controlled by the mapcfg for each map.

"vcall chmap CTF_succer_socks", for example.

also, make sure the following commands are set on the server:
sv_vote_change_gametype 1
g_maplist_votable_suggestions_change_gametype 1

NOPE!! that has changed in 2.4..
the MODE prefix is gone. the g_dm, g_tdm, g_ctf and so one variables control that now.

Maybe one could setup aliases to change the g_* variables .. and add those aliases to sv_vote_commands
