Isn't it possible to vcall kickban? Or is it serversided on/off? We have this spammer asax online...and he joins directly after kick.
He's spamming since a few weeks and is online now. Unplayable with him.
Kickban gone?

Server decides whether voters/masters can kickban or not, by putting it in sv_vote_commands (or not). Ask the admin of the server on this.1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.-
