can you help me ,How to Run the game under Linux .

i am use Ubuntu 8.04 and Dell Inspiron | 6400

and Download the Nexuiz 2.4.2 Release from .http://alientrap.org/nexuiz/downloads.php
but i don't know any one to run .

Go to Home Folder / Nexuiz (or wherever you extracted the Nexuiz to)

Double-click:

nexuiz-linux-glx.sh

OR

nexuiz-linux-sdl.sh

to play

What Oat said, just make sure you have 'real' 3d drivers from ati, nvidia, intel installed or it will be very slow..
