Hey there,

as you know there are the two Nexuiz 1vs1 tournaments going on right now. I would like to inform you that the LB and WB finals will be played this wednesday (29th) evening.

The LB finals (verteidiger vs GreEn`mArine) will start a bit earler, between 6 and 7 PM CET - but this match won't have audio commentary, I'm sorry.

The WB finals (KojaK vs dIM) will start around 9 PM CET. There will be live audio broadcast by our dear member tChr and me (GreEn) for this match! So stay tuned.

UPDATE:
The stream will open its gates at about half an hour earlier, so that is 8:30 PM CET

Would be nice if your game could have audio / (video?) commentary as well if possible, i guess it depends on tChr's time constraints.

I'm actually playing around with Shoutcast to see if I cannot get something whipped up. I had to reset my router in order to be able to config it. I had forgotten my password for it so I wasn't able to get in it
Of course, I only have normal stuff and no audio studio so don't expect the best thing. I've been successful with Shoutcast before so that's the reason why I use that. Also goes rather quick to setup and I don't have much time so

Well atleast you've been succesful before, you don't need a studio just some good commentary, player x has control of all 3 armours and player z is struggling, player z spamming rockets now and takes out player x!! (with a bit of enthusiasm! )

So what you're saying there. There will be audio broadcasting, but no actual commentary for the match? Like, taking what happened after the match and stuff or have I missed something?

I separated one paragraph into 2 paragraphs now, should be easier to read now.

LB finals start earlier, no shoutcast for this match
WB finals start later, this will have full audio commentary DURING the game.

Yep was very good, great commentary though really good, and thanks tChr for setting up everything. Perhaps next time we get some better quality sound as already said but other then that it was really really good commentating.

Today the WB and LB finals were played. verteidiger showed a strong performance vs GreEn`mArine, and so did KojaK who won in a convincing 2:0 game against dIM. You can find the exact scores on the brackets page.

You can download a copy of the audio stream here !

This means that the next game will be the consolation final in which verteidiger will face dIM. No exact date is scheduled yet. It is very well possible that tChr and GreEn`mArine will be providing an audio commentary again.

Both my demo's of the match are up.

Alright. I am hesitating to create a new topic in the forums about this, so I'll just post it here.

Maybe tonight we will see the euro consolation finals between dIM and verteidiger. I don't have a particular time yet, I guess it will be between 8pm and 10pm CET.

Maybe the match will be broadcasted. I have no idea
