Hi JrWest, I just gave you moderator rights on the forum. You can now post threads and replies that make sense.

Ok, just to stop this nonsense once and for all...
I'm sorry to say this Jrwest, but you're getting realy annoying. You're popping up useless threads in the not proper forums. You're not responding, not even replying in any of the threads you've started. So I can assume two things:
1.: You're underaged. Around 10-13. That's ok, but next time, ask your mommy or papa what you shoud post or not.
2.: You're acting like an underaged, in the worst kind of way. That won't lead you anywhere here, and I advise you to stop this immediately!

Now, to reply to your question: becoming a moderator is a long way. You can't just go to a community, and claim rights to be a moderator. The community has to get to know you, and you have to gain some respect before.
A moderator does what the name says: moderates. Edits not proper posts (either because it's offensive, or unreadable, or bad in a technical way eg. it contains broken links), moves thread to their proper place, locks useless threads etc., so generally protects the peace around.
