  • Step 1
Ask yourself if you are prepared to make a commitment for an extended period of time. For example, the process of becoming a certified Master typically takes several weeks. The length of training varies in each state, but usually includes a minimum of 40 hours of classroom training, in addition to field trips and volunteer work. One state program includes 64 hours of classroom and field training, along with 30 hours of volunteer work.

    Step2
Determine whether you have time to study and are prepared to be tested on your knowledge. Classes and field trips may cover such topics as invertebrates, taxonomy, biology, ecology, identification, conservation, management and aquatic ecology.

    Step3
Locate the Master program in your area. Most are managed in a cooperative manner by several organizations. Start with your local county extension office, listed in the city or county government section of your local telephone book. The Cooperative Extension System is a nationwide, non-accredited educational network. Each U.S. state and territory has a state office at its land-grant university and a network of local or regional offices.

    Step4
Contact the program operator for a schedule of classes. You will be asked to complete a lengthy application. Ask about fees. In some cases, you will pay for training supplies and field trips

  • Masters are people, who the server admins trust, and give the rights to manage the server via remote console, or ingame logging in as master, and execute votes by themselves as if they were the simple majority..
Becoming a master: in case server admins trusts you, they'll contact you and give you master rights.
And now I just lock this nonsense... again.
