it ask for a password.

it says: “user name = nexuiz, you know the password”

but i DONT know the password

This site has been abused by ppl trying to get "the lastest stuff" without caring about testing and/or giving feedback. As these downloads are in binary form they are extremely bandwidth expensive, that's why the site was password protected. If you want to test Nexuiz SVN you'll have to download the svn source code and compile it. If you are on windows search for "svn package" in the forum.

If you get it working please post here if you find any problem.

You can use SVN on a Mac fine. Someone else may know more about building the code on a Mac.

Take a look at the FAQ.html in Nexuiz/Docs .. it hints at how to build Nexuiz. Seems noone made a easy to use script for that yet, but its not really hard anyway. Or just wait a bit more for the new release.. rumor has it there is a date set

Well, basicly building nexuiz on a mac is as easy as building on linux.
You need Xcode from the apple site, free register, about 1 gb to download.
oh and it is included on the Leopard dvd, you can install it from there to.
Another nice tool one might need is fink http://finkproject.org which is handy if you need to install missing programms or libraries.

Now it is the same as on linux, svn checkout darkplaces, nexuiz, fteqcc. build darkplaces and fteqcc with make and nexuiz with fteqcc.
There are detailed howtos eg here in the forum or at OUNS.
