Its nice to see Nexuiz made it to the front page but reading those comments in the forum makes me want to slap some people really hard.. or least scream pretty loud till everything is over.

QIII was simultaneously released on Linux and Windows. Regardless, there is still much life left in the Q1 engine when you look at projects like Tenebrae.

well, first, you cant take serious most posters on digg/slashdot

second, like this you know what the people in general know,well, they are stupid, but at least you know theyr opinion, even if it is wrong. But thats normal, not everybody can know everything about every game etc on this planet. so. you could even take it a way to improve, so that you put those information on the homepage that are a fact (which is wrong) for some people.

Yes you are right there are things to improve and those should and will be improved but reading so much bullshit, bashing and half-informed whining on one page make it hard getting motivated at times..

thats true, but well, there was also much positive feedback, and the number of diggs is also a huge compliment. there are always a few trolls, thats normal.

The Digg comment system is useless. The informed, well thought-out opinion posts are one in a billion there, you're better off not reading them if you visit that site.

I can't believe some people talk about digg as a slashdot replacement, they select their stories better, have better blurbs for them (hard to believe) and have a decent comment moderation system coupled with some posters that actually know their stuff. Then again, digg is for all topics and occasionally links to interesting pieces that aren't on slashdot so it does have it's place.
