I don't do this often, but I thought i'd sign up to say, you guys did a really good job. I installed it earlier thinking I wouldn't like it(around 10:30pm), it's now 5:00am and I just got done playing(think I got a bit hooked, lol). And the game looks pretty good maxed out.

I play on the servers under the name Ryoku89. And if anybody here uses Xfire and wants to add me i'm ryoku89.

Its really good to read something like this after i visited a few public forums on news sites that reported about the new version. Man, some people post utter bullshit and think thats cool. I can just agree.
Let the others talk. Most of them just care about graphics, gameplay is second... if it exists after all.

Nexuiz is
1) fun
2) challenging
3) good-looking
4) free
5) scalable to many systems
6) multiplatform

And imho it has a nice, friendly community.
What else could you want?

7) cool game-modes
8) great levels
9) striking weapons
10) superb atmosphere
.... now I'm running out of adjectives.

I hope those are MORE thing to add because i think Nexuiz already has striking weapons, cool game modes, great levels and a superb atmosphere
