I have spent the last few hoers trying to beat it in the 33.3 sec that is required, but to no awhile.

/me do not want to play it any more....

how do I skip this map?

I did this one on my first try, and I got a time of 26.5 seconds on this track on Nexuiz Ninjaz Race Light today.

You need to follow the advice in the match discription saying to use the mortar behind you. Use that to propel yourself from walls, the floor, and ceilings if possible to gain lots of speed really fast. Make sure you watch your health/armor to avoid killing yourself with the mortar, though.

When you are turning as you bunny hop, do not press the forward key. Only press the left or right strafe key depending on the direction you wish to turn, and simultaniously move the mouse smoothly in the same direction.

The blue strip on the hill near the finish is a great way to shave seconds from your time, because it will make you accelerate really fast when you jump onto it. However, be careful to avoid flying off the track to your death under it. You can use the mortar to propel yourself off of the stone wall and back onto the track if the blue strip makes you fly off of it.

The time has been raised to 36 sec in svn. Can anyone who can't beat it please tell the best time he gets?

I just tried a few times and got 36.6 seconds. At some point in the past I might have been able to get 35 or even the insult to injury of 34.3 (just one second away from relief).

Out of curiousity, what's your best time, divVerent?
