You're giving this guy way too much credit. There's really nothing he did that constitutes this kind of attention, more than a simple mass ban.

He was at it again yesterday and even with the flood protection it got annoying. I suggest tightening up the flood protection a bit. Like, if you spam you'd have to wait 10 sec or so before you can say anything again, both normal say and team say, oh, and tell as well.

Perhaps we should turn spammers weapons into 'spam guns' that just fire tins of spam.

I think the forcing the tuba on the spammer that burps out spam sprites and giving the spammer health 1, would suffice. :3

that would both be a carrot for other players to teach them to put down spammers and suitable punishment for the spammer. Oh I guess that would be a problem in ctf, I guess putting the spammer in team brightskins would solve that lol
