Well, to be honest, im new to Nexuiz, and i think its an ace game... However, Thier is one thing i noticed when i was first playing it... " I was playing with others online, and they were cleary amazing, You know, alot of game play, and so that got me thinking.... " Why doesn't Nexuiz Have a level meter for all players, and you can have levels, and this idea goes to another one, for noobs and Novices Like me and other new beginners, a low level means you can go into practice games online, so that you're with other noobs and beginners, therefore, Novices can not play with (VeteranS? is it what their called?) unless they want to, but these ace players, with alot of game play, cannot join in lower level games?

Just a thought, and i think it would improve nexuiz

That's a good idea. Like a ranking system for all player. I think a point system like Trackmania is fine.
However, there is some server dedicated to beginners like the DCC Beginner server (DM) and servers dedicated to 1337 like the Plain DM. (People, say me if I'm wrong, long time time out of Nexuiz)

Ye, that is true, but i think with these ranking systems, it would be easier for newcomers...
