Ok, perhaps a silly question, but I've been wondering, is there a "correct" pronunciation for Nexuiz? While I've been the way "nexus" would be pronounced in Latin, more like "Nexoose" (the last sylable rhymes with loose), it looks more like "nex-yu-iz" or "nex-wiz".

Anything official on the intended pronunciation?

I'd never heard this before - music volume was high enough to totally drown it out.

Of course, now that I know how it's pronounced, I'll probably be forever wondering why on earth it's spelled the way it is.

The story goes that there was an old friend of a developer for the game who went by Nexiuz, but when he signed up somewhere, he typoed his name? So they went with Nexuiz (his typo) but I guess left the pronunciation the other way.
