Hey... some time ago (long time ago) I was watching the pictures on the nexuiz main site in the media section and some maps I didn't recoginze. Good thing is that morfar is updated and knows more than me of the history of nexuiz so I asked him. There's a particular picture that I am interested in and morfar said it's an old map that was available in 1.0 or so. I was wondering if it could possible come back and I would be more than happy to redo it myself (if it need changing) so that it would work for 2.1 and above. The map I am talking about is the picture link below.
So now I have a few questions about it. First of all..

1. Who did this map?
2. Why was it removed?
3. Does the creator still have the map in whatever format (program) it was made in?
4. If the creator does not want to work on it could I have it so I could redo/improve/fix it so it would be playable on the current nexuiz version (and better gameplay if needed)?

To me it looked very interesing so that's why I'm asking about it.

Oh and btw.. what kind of character is that? It's a little hard to see, looks like some wierd armored carni with a dog face

That was never a map, thats actually a rendered screenshot showing off the model. Kurt, the modeler, sent me a few of them to release on the site pre 1.0 days.

You can find some old stuff at http://ouns.de.vu . Some links in the wiki are outdated so i would like to kindly ask the authors (mapper/modder) to check their stuff and upload it to http://www.wikispaces.org (2 GB free space!).

There is a link to divVerents map repository it should have most of those maps mentioned in the wiki.
