As there seems to be confusion why both Runningman and Runningman_1on1remix are in the 1on1 ladder mappool I'd like to give you the opportunity to vote whether you think that the normal version of Runningman has become obsolete (not needed anymore).

The reason for this is that Runningman has quite a few downsides compared to Runningman_1on1remix, such as too small size (too hectic gameplay) and a cramped item layout (e.g. megahealth and armor being next to each other).

yea it was my suggestion actually, as if your going to have a 1on1remix in a 1on1 map-pool it's obviously there cause it has better gameplay then the original which is why i did not understand why the other version was in.

I prefer Runningman over Runningman_1on1remix and its one of my favorites in the pool. I'll be quite disappointed to see it go.

Runningman is one of the classic maps that you would play when you just began playing.
It was always the funnest map for me and I never got tired of it.
So I really hope it stays in the ladder.

IMO they're different enough to both be in the pool. And actually I like them both, I couldn't say which one I prefer over the other.

As announced, this poll stayed open for the rest of august. The vote result, as of now, is 16 : 14 in favor of removing Runningman from the pool. This means, it will be removed from the pool.
