I just realised that vmaster allows you to become the master of a server? But what can a master do? It's not possible to use the "restart" command? Can I change levels, add mods, etc.? Where is that list of console commands that includes the mods and changes to weapon ammo?

Elementary, my dear n00b. You see, when you become master, you can type into the console /master's_obligation and then do as you see fit, like setting up HAX and putting viruses into other people's computers. Personally, I'd go with the HAX ... and maybe get a credit card number or two out of it .

If that would work, I'd be a jillionaire by now. Listen, black, the real command line is

restartserver

Use that and it will be as if you're creating a game, but the server will be the dedicated server over which you've taken.

A master can use all voteable commands with vdo (so he doesn't need to call a vote, e.g. "vdo restart"). By default restart, changing frag-/timelimit changing maps and bright skins are voteable. But for obvious reasons adding mod won't ever be allowed...
