In one opengl game I could get as high as 303 fps in this one tunnel (on highest graphics), however in the same tunnel i only get 125 fps now (on lowest graphics).

Your teammates have a sign above their head, that should be noticeable even with r_showsurfaces:

I rather think this Computer is completely missing its mainboard drivers, or something else really important is missing. Why don't I see any information about the chipset?

But still, since our friend's box was running better in former times (like he posted), still there must be something wrong, and this must be a missing driver. And I guess it's a chipset driver.
