I have just installed Nexuiz and the enemies go very fast for me. They absolutely run faster than me. It very difficult kill them. Is that normal?

Watch them in spectator mode and you'll see - they jump. By jumping, you can achieve higher speeds - and become even faster and jump higher using the laser (weapon 1). Shoot the floor with it and you're in air.
