HI Nexuizans

I kindly ask for advice, I friend who would like to play with us Nexuiz Minsta but his performance after the installation for version 2.5.2 very bad /on 2.5.2-25fps on 2.5-100fps/ ... all his the settings are minimum regime but does not help anything

AMD X2 4600+
KINGSTONE 2GB/800
PALIT 9600/512/PCIE
DVDRW LG GH22
HDD HITACH 500GB/SATA2
ATX 400W

OS linux Ubuntu 9.04+upd - 1680x1050

Which settings would you recommend it to add or change in .cfg?

Well, I'm afraid I don't know a fuck about Linux, but I can assure you, concerning to the hardware specs Nexuiz should run at about 600 - 999 fps at low settings. If there is any possibility to do so, check for chipset and GFX drivers.
