even with the settings on minimum and all effects off, it seems slow and laggy. even with 60+ fps, there is some stuttering chop going on. not smooth like when i spec good players.
i am getting torn up by people on the network even while i have a 50 ping because i am not seeing all the frames. i tried the setting 'render each frame' also, but its the same either way.

im playing local with bots just to check, and the 'continuity' is poor. smoothness is not there.

i have a NVIDIA 8600m GT with 512mb of ram, and a 2.2ghz core2duo with 3.5GB of ram.
