  • Quick question, on my Macbook laptop, I can use two fingers on my mouse tracking pad to achieve a scroll effect in Safari and other windows- but when I do this in Nexuiz I get this:

    kEventClassMouse (UKNOWN eventKind: 11)
    kEventClassKeyboard (UKNOWN eventKind: 11)

Is it possible to have Nexuiz recognize the two finger movement as a key so that I can bind it, much like the scroll wheel on a mouse, to changing weapons? Is this something I could do myself without recompiling the build? If not, how hard would it be to code into Nexuiz by myself?

  • It probably isn't hard, but requires you to have a mac and the apple docs on their website. kEventClassMouse should be a good search expression.

If you get it working, can you submit a patch?
    1. Open Notepad
    2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
    3. Save
    4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
