I think it'd be cool if there was a feature that made it so a user must be joined x amount of minutes before calling a vote. It's quite annoying when people join and call a vote, especially during an intense game.

Once "votespam" is off how would you reenable it? Call a vote?

One would assume there would be a condition that would check to see if you were the only human, in which case you'd be able to call a vote.

Good point! , maybe we can just make the vote call a little less "In your Face"

One way that Tremulous allows admins to deal with annoying vote spam is by having a "cancelvote" function for administrators. However, Tremulous has various administrative levels so that it's possible to give people "cancelvote" without giving them rcon access.

You can already do the same thing in Nexuiz by setting a vote master password ("vote masters" can issue any voteable command without actually having to call a vote and stop votes with "vstop")
