Hi Nexuiz developers,
Mr. Black told me that div0 has been developing new menu.dat for Nexuiz.
Can I use new menu.dat with DP ?
If so can I get a hold of new menu.dat file and sample .menu files please?
Thank you.

There aren't any .menu files any more, it is all code and the directory gfx/menu/
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

oh, no .menu file :/ Does it make menu creation process more complicated from the coding point of view ?
Also I can't run any SVN client since I access Inet from a public library. Can somebody upload .zip file with SVN source code for menu.dat please?

imho no, since there never was any documentation on the *.menu format and you need to change at least two files in totally different locations to add a simply switch for a cvar. i don't think it can get much more complicated than that...

Actually I consider the new stuff to be more easy. If you found that editing the old menu files wasn't hard you'll be pleased to know that as long as you have a fitting QC compiler at your hand things are way more straightforward.

I looked into menu-div0 test or something like that and:
1. It doesn't want to compile
2. I don't even know what file should I look into if I need to have simple menu done (like in vanilla Quake, but also with mouse support)
Any help / tips please?
