Whenever I go to Player Setup to setup my character I have to wonder how my character looks like with the model and colors I chosen since the only preview for every character model is a screenshot with a picture and short description of him/her. I need to load the map Starship and go to a purple window there which has dynamic reflections so I can see how I look in the mirror.

Can someone please change the Player Setup tab in the Multiplayer window to show a real 3D preview of the character model there so we can see the colors and how we customize it rather then having to load maps with reflections to see if we look good? It would also be totally great if we could rotate the character with the mouse to see it better, just like the previews in UT or most shooters where you choose your character like that from a settings screen.

I also have two questions (possible workarounds until then):
1 - What's the map with the best and clearest vertical mirror where one can go to preview their character? So far Starship is the best one.
2 - Is there a cheat code / console command to enter 3rd person mode if you own the server?

I see that we need this feature, but we seem to have nobody who can do it.

Thanks, that command and map help with this until a 3D preview is made when it will.

victim posted his face_cam but blubs server is down. Is this close enough? I never tried it.

Perhaps someone has a backup.
