plz to review and fix this bug:

sometimes, for reasons unknown to me, multiple match logs end up in single logfile. I did a little research but was not able to find any confirmed reason of this.

also, in my opinion, restart event should be treated as an endmatch of current game and start a new match

oh and while we are at it, I propose to merge :kill:accident and :kill:suicide events
