In the past few days I've created a new entry to the OUNS wiki, see here
It is a introduction to QuakeC. Well, it is not dealing with QuakeC code directly, but is a help page for the novices to get on with the tools around it, such as getting a build-system, accessing/updating SVN, using patch files and a somewhat good working IDE.
The IDE part could be interesting even for advanced QC coders. I've even added a video demonstration. Check it out.
Anyways, feel free to extend this entry. Especially linux gurus should have a look at the TODO entries I've left there
