How to install Mac os x on and apple iBook? I have a apple ibook and i am trying to install mac os x 10.5.2 but everytime i hit the button that says restart to install mac os x 10.5.2 my computer just sits at the gray apple screen forever how do i insall it on there right?

Try holding the "C" button on your keyboard, as soon as the computer restarts, for about 15-20 seconds. This will force the iBook to boot from the CD/DVD.

If you hear the disk drive working, wait patiently. It takes a while for the setup to load and run directly from the installation disc.

However, this thread belongs in a general discussion or technical support forum, preferably at Apple. It has nothing to do with Nexuiz.
