You DID read the forum right? And thread that says "rules for map review threads" right?

The threads are generally started by mappers that want the maps they have made reviewed. I guess if you wanted a map reviewed you could look at it then follow that format. So yeah... I'd go with the format that already exists. Thanks for trying.
