Complexirace is a race map that PCLizard and I made. It's pretty fun, and can be completed by both the inexperienced and the experienced.

I can see you use a lot of light entities but I don't see an actual light source. Add a lamp of some sort and it looks and feels better. Lava is a good light source, but I cannot see that it emit light!

Add more interesting detail and use a bit more textures (you can add trims for example)

Maybe place out ambient sounds (fans, wind or other believable sounds), this is the best way to add atmosphere to a map.

That's my main tips for now. The gameplay aspect of it is good.
